NAHC’s Registered Cooperative Management program maintains the highest industry standard for cooperative housing managers. View the schedule and add your RCM Training to your conference registration.

The RCM Certification Course is an additional fee separate from conference registration. If you plan to be RCM Certified, please refer to the pricing below and mark on your registration form.

Recertification Ethics Course

If you are already RCM Certified and need to recertify, you must register for this course. It is an additional fee separate from conference registration. Please refer to the pricing below and mark on your registration form

How to Register in 3 Easy Steps

Step #1 – Complete the Registration Form

Complete the conference registration form.
Include attendee information, registration selections, optional certification courses, and/or guest tickets.

Step #2 – Choose Your Payment Method

NAHC requires prepayment to process all registrations.

Step #3 – Receive Your Confirmation

Once your registration form and payment are submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with important conference updates and event communications. Be sure to include a valid email address on your registration form.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to NAHC via mail or email. Refunds, less a $350 administrative fee per registration, will be issued for cancellations received by September 25, 2026. No refunds will be issued after this date. Substitutions from the same company are permitted at any time prior to the conference start date without penalty.
