NAHC has secured a discounted room rate of $259/night for single or double occupancy, available through September 10, 2026, or until the room block sells out. The discounted rate is also available up to three nights before and after the conference, based on availability.

Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Requests for early check in and late check out should be made directly with the hotel.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. The credit card will be used to hold the reservation but will not be charged until check-in.
Upon check-in, an authorization request will be placed on your credit/debit card of $100 per day for the length of your stay. Upon departure, the hold may be applied toward any outstanding balance on the guest folio. Any remaining credit will be released, or if applicable, any pending balances will be charged accordingly.
Individual reservations must be cancelled by 11:59 PM 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged a no-show fee of the first night’s lodging and tax.
An Early Departure Fee may be charged for check-out of the Hotel prior to your original scheduled departure date, unless notification is made to the Hotel at least 24 hours in advance of the early departure.
NAHC can conduct high-quality meetings at desirable locations for a reasonable fee because a block of hotel rooms is contracted for meeting attendees. In exchange for reserving the required number of sleeping rooms, NAHC uses the hotel meeting space at no cost or reduced costs, thus keeping registration fees low. In addition, meeting attendees receive a reduced rate for their sleeping room. Please make your reservations using the link in your confirmation email to book directly with the hotel. Reservations made outside of the NAHC room block through third-party sites are not credited toward the NAHC room’s pickup and may have a fiscal impact on NAHC.
