NAHC has secured a room block exclusively for conference attendees at a discounted rate of $252 for single/double occupany, additional guests $20 per person, per night. Taxes are currently 15% plus $5 state fee and $1 city occupancy fee in effect at the time of check-in. City and State fees cannot be exempted by law.
The deadline to secure your reservations at the special discounted rate is Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 5:00 pm ET, or once the room block is full. Make your reservations online now or by calling 1 800-228-9290 and requesting the $252 room rate. The discounted room rate is available three nights pre and post of the official conference dates based on room availability.

The Marriott Savannah Riverfront Hotel offers Self-Parking for guests and attendees at the current daily rate of $40.00 per vehicle.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Requests for early check-in and late check-out should be made directly with the hotel.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. The credit card will be used to hold the reservation but will not be charged until check-in.
Upon check-in, an authorization request will be placed on your credit/debit card in an amount equal to the cost of the room, tax, and incidental charges (estimated at $50 per day) for the length of your stay.
Individual reservations must be cancelled by 11:59 PM 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged a no-show fee of the first night’s lodging and tax.
An Early Departure Fee may charged for check-out of the Hotel prior to your original scheduled departure date, unless notification is made to the Hotel at least 24 hours in advance of the early departure.
NAHC can conduct high-quality meetings at desirable locations for a reasonable fee because a block of hotel rooms is contracted for meeting attendees. In exchange for reserving the required number of sleeping rooms, NAHC uses the hotel meeting space at no or reduced costs, thus keeping registration fees low. In addition, meeting attendees receive a reduced rate for their sleeping room. Please make your reservations using the link in your confirmation email to book directly with the hotel. Reservations made outside of the NAHC room block through third-party sites are not credited toward the NAHC room’s pickup and may have a fiscal impact on NAHC.
The Savannah Hilton Head Airport (SAV) is approximately 13.5 miles from the Marriott Savannah Riverfront Hotel. Savannah is served by most major airlines.
Rideshare services are provided by Uber and Lyft and can be met at the north entrance of baggage claim. All major car rental companies are also available.

Savannah’s Downtown Transportation System (dot) connects visitors via two express shuttle loops, the Forsyth and Express Downtown loops, in addition to Water Taxi Stops.
Express Shuttles: Get on and off at any of the 18 stops around the Historic District via two shuttle loops.
Savannah Belle Ferry: These water taxis provide passenger ferry service between River Street and Hutchinson Island and are bicycle and stroller friendly.
