With areas of the country surges with covid variants, what can we do?

With states and municipalities looking to open up and get back to business, cooperative managers and boards need to know what legal measures can be taken to keep their residents safe and healthy while opening up common community spaces and communities at large.

Renown attorney and NAHC Board Member, April Knoch of the law firm, Pentiuk Couvreur & Kobiljak, PC, will lead a discussion on the legal issues potentially facing cooperatives that are ready to open up community areas and get back to business.

April will answer all your legal questions and will advise on guidelines and guardrails while we are trying to get back to the NEW NORMAL.
