Current RCM’s Recertify by Online Webinar or In-Person Training

(All In-Person Trainings Are On Hold Due to COVID-19)

The RCM recertification curriculum is open to cooperative property managers wishing to re-codify ethical behaviors and pursue further knowledge of cooperative management. After three years of earning the certificate certification, RCM managers must renew their certification by registering and attend either an in-person or online webinar for the recertification course on Ethical Practices, and successfully pass an exam.

The RCM certificate recertification on Ethical Practices course focuses specifically on renewing your commitment to the principles of cooperative housing practices and codifies the ethics of cooperative housing management.

Ethical Practices for Cooperative Management reviews ethical considerations and requirements for an RCM and the cooperative Board of Directors; a requirement of Recertification every three years.

The next in-person recertification course is on hold due to the risks of COVID-19. More information will be coming soon. Read below to learn how to safely recertify online.
