Have you been thinking about becoming a certified Registered Cooperative Manager (RCM) or looking to gain key knowledge in the cooperative management field? Consider registering for the Spring 2016 Registered Cooperative Manager in-person certification held Thursday May 4 – Friday May 5, 2017 in Washington, D.C. at the NAHC office.

The Registered Cooperative Manager (RCM) Certification Program is the only nationally-recognized designation and certification specializing in Cooperative Management recognized by the Registered in Apartment Managers (RAM program). RCM is a sought-after professional designation for cooperative housing managers.

RCM high res imageThe RCM curriculum focuses on general knowledge of housing cooperatives; renews a commitment to the principles of cooperative housing, codifies the ethics of cooperative housing management, and improves housing management practices. Specifically, the RCM curriculum covers three areas fundamental to cooperative managers: Ethics, Business and History of housing cooperatives.

Thursday, May 4               9:00 AM – 5:00 PM – RCM Course Part I

Friday, May 5                     9:00 AM – 5:00 PM – RCM Course Part II and Part III

1:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Part III (Ethical Practices Recertification Course)
