Cooperative housing gives people a voice and a vote in how they want their building – their home – managed. What’s surprised me most about cooperative housing is the sense of unity and family.

The RCM certification has helped me advance my career. The course applies the information in real life situations with interactive discussions. The RCM certification is critical for all Co-Op Property Managers.

The more we work together, the more we can create a stronger voice and greater awareness of the cooperative movement, both bilaterally and internationally.
