Current RCM’s Recertify by Online Webinar or In-Person Training
The RCM recertification curriculum is open to cooperative property managers wishing to re-codify ethical behaviors and pursue further knowledge of cooperative management. After three years of earning the certification, RCM managers must renew their certification by registering and attending either the in-person or online webinar for the recertification course on Ethical Practices and successfully pass an exam.
The RCM recertification on Ethical Practices course focuses specifically on renewing your commitment to the principles of cooperative housing practices and codifies the ethics of cooperative housing management.
Ethical Practices for Cooperative Management reviews ethical considerations and requirements for an RCM and the cooperative Board of Directors; a requirement of Recertification every three years.
