2016 NAHC Annual Conference Information

HOST HOTEL 

The 56th Annual NAHC Conference will be held at the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino. The hotel is located on the Las Vegas Strip.

A limited number of guest rooms have been reserved at a discounted rate of $88.00 a night single/double occupancy, plus applicable taxes for a Deluxe Run of the House room from Sunday to Thursday night and $136.00 a night single/double occupancy, plus applicable taxes for a Deluxe Run of the House room on Friday and Saturday night until Monday, October 3, 2016.  If you would like to guarantee a room with a king or two queen beds when booking your room reservation there is an additional $10.00 per room night charge.  There is also a $20.00/night plus tax resort fee added to the room rate.  In order to receive this special rate, you must mention the National Association of Housing Cooperatives (NAHC) when making your reservation.

After October 3, 2016, or once the room block has been filled (whichever comes first), reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.  To make your reservations, please call 800-311-8999 or 702-730-7003 or make your reservations online.
